Orbi Group is a development company that specializes in building its own projects in the city of Batumi, Tbilisi, and other cities in Georgia. As a member of the Orbi Group team, my role involves working closely with some of the world's leading architectural firms such as MAD Architects, Wilkinson Eyre, and Foster & Partners to coordinate and develop a wide range of concept projects in various cities including Tbilisi, Batumi, Estonia, and other locations around the world.

Batumi's Orbi City project is a prominent symbol of the city, featuring three towering buildings with over 7,000 apartments situated just 200 meters from the Black Sea. The project not only includes residential spaces but also boasts a variety of shopping and entertainment areas. As an architect in this project, my responsibilities include creating detailed construction working drawings, selecting reputable contractors, and coordinating architectural design and materials with the client. Currently, the final tower, Building D, is nearing completion.
Bakhmaro Resort

Bakhmaro, a mountain ski resort located 100 kilometers from Batumi, boasts breathtaking natural beauty and challenging weather conditions, with winter snowfall reaching up to 5-7 meters. The resort is currently undergoing its first major construction project, with architectural firms such as MAD Architects and Wilkinson Eyre leading the charge. As an architect on the team, it is my responsibility to collaborate with the client to develop and align on the project's concept while addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.

The tallest buildings in Batumi are currently under development by prestigious architectural firms such as Foster + Partners and Wilkinson Eyre. The project is located 200 meters from the sea and is divided into two distinct parts, consisting of three different towers. The concept phase of this project is currently in progress.

Architectural studio, based in Azerbaijan, specializes in designing apartments, offices, and dental clinics. Our team of 3 architects is currently engaged in various design and renovation projects. To date, the firm has successfully completed over six projects in the city of Baku, covering all aspects of construction and maintenance. The projects were developed using the latest industry-standard software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max.
Belvedere Dental Clinic

The dental clinic being designed by our studio comprises of two levels, each designed for specific purposes. The first floor is dedicated to surgeries and inpatient care, while the second floor features three separate dental rooms. The construction work is planned to be completed in the first half of 2023.

The project, with a total area of 50 square meters, comprises of three main spaces: a sterilization chamber, a reception area and a dentist's office. Completed in 2022, this project was one of our earliest endeavors in the city of Baku, showcasing our proficiency in delivering high-quality architectural designs.

Our first project in Baku, marked a significant milestone for our architectural studio. The original plans for the project underwent significant changes during the design phase, a testament to our team's ability to adapt and innovate. Our team was responsible for both the design and construction of the project, ensuring that all aspects were executed to the highest standards. Additionally, the project was completed on time, and within the budget.

Our architectural firm was commissioned to design and create office space for a leading logistics company. The project involved the design and construction of a 400 square meter office space that meets the client's needs and expectations for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. The final outcome was a modern and efficient office space that maximizes natural light and provides a comfortable and productive working environment for the employees.

Private Property in Nijniye Kinerki Village Height: 10.5 м Total building area: 10.000 m² Total area: 60 ha Our team was responsible for the design and construction of a large-scale development located 40 kilometers from Novokuznetsk. The project comprises of five separate structures, including a main building, a spa house, a pilots' house, a security house, a garage and smaller facilities for entertainment and recreation. The goal of this project was to create a functional, comfortable, and modern complex that meets the needs of the end-users.

Our architectural Team and SL Projects studio was responsible for the design and construction of a unique and ambitious project located in a challenging location. The project, spanning 60 hectares of land, featured a main residence, a security house, a golf course, a helipad, a helicopter hangar, a pilots' residence, a leisure and sauna area of approximately 1600 square meters, a garage, and various other structures. As the Lead Architect on the project, it was my responsibility to lead the design team, develop the design concept, coordinate with contractors, and work closely with the client to ensure all project requirements were met. I also oversaw the selection of materials and the finalization of both the interior and exterior designs, as well as the landscaping. Despite the difficulties posed by the location and weather, we were able to successfully complete this complex and challenging project.

As a specialist in 3D Systems integration at Renaissance Construction Company, one of the leading construction companies in Russia and CIS countries, I played a key role in incorporating the use of advanced technology, specifically the 3D Scanner from FARO Technologies Germany, into our projects. My expertise in operating this equipment and integrating cloud-based 3D models into BIM projects greatly enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of our work. Additionally, I participated in presentations and demonstrations of similar technology from companies such as Leica in Switzerland and FARO in Germany to aid in the decision-making process for the company's purchase of this equipment.

Residential Complex
As a part of the design team, we was responsible for development of the facade details and BIM model using REVIT for each block of the project, with a special focus on Building A. The complex features a four-block structure, with commercial space on the ground level. One of the major challenges we faced during the project was preserving the historical structure located at the center of the site, which adds to the uniqueness of the project. The project was developed by the studio SPEECH.

Neva Towers

One of Moscow City's most unique and multifunctional constructions, Neva Towers contains a courtyard that is accessible to both the building's residents and individual visitors. The structure is divided into two blocks and connected by a single podium. The H+OK company and the SPEECH Bureau are the project's authors. Interiors designed by HBA Design Studio and Darling associates. The design of the public areas and the exploitable roof was developed by LANDDESING. In this project, my role was to provide working drawings and assemblies for different tower elements, such as the podium, facades, residences, public spaces, and the exploited roof. To correctly calculate the materials use and find deviations in the concrete structure, we used a 3D scanning technology in this project.

The complex is divided into two interconnected blocks, connected by a central podium. The project was developed by the H+OK company and the SPEECH Bureau, with interiors designed by HBA Design Studio and Darling Associates. The public areas and rooftop spaces were also designed by LANDDESING. As a team member, I was responsible for creating detailed working drawings and assemblies for various elements of the tower, including the podium, facades, residential spaces, public areas, and exploited rooftop. Utilizing 3D scanning technology, we also ensured accurate calculations of materials usage and identified any deviations in the concrete structure throughout the construction process.
