This project is a large-scale development located 40 kilometers from Novokuznetsk, spanning 60 hectares of land. It includes five separate structures such as a main residence, spa house, pilots' house, security house, garage and smaller facilities for entertainment and recreation. The architectural team and SL Projects studio were responsible for the design and construction of the project with the goal to create a functional, comfortable and modern complex that meets the needs of the end-users. Despite the challenges posed by the location and weather, the project was successfully completed.
